Tir nan Og, Tayvallich

A four bedroom house with kitchen, dining, sitting room and sun room located at first floor level. The design makes use of the levels to give access from the first floor sun room directly out to the garden at the rear. A store for boats, bikes and more is incorporated under the deck which links the house and garden. With other houses in close proximity one of the main challenges was to maximise light and view without loss of privacy. The use of stone helps to anchor the building in the landscape.
